Jo’s book, This Mum Runs, was released in It tells the story of a unrestrained spirited school girl who refused to stop running when remedial professionals told her to promote her lengthy career that at last resulted in a busy cardinal year old mum wining regular gold medal.

Gav became Jo’s coach whilst they were backpacking around the world twist and took over the position full time in Gav accomplished as a level 3 governor in and is a nark coaching consultant to UK Recreation ().
Gav is the middle coach and Jo is copperplate mentor to elite and arrangement and coming athletes including Innes FitzGerald, Jake Smith, Atsede Giday, Jess Martin, Gemma Steel, Becky Briggs and Charlie Arnell.
